Requirements:

11+ years of IT experience (with a Master’s degree) or 15+ years (with a Bachelor’s degree).
Senior expertise in XML data modelling, schema design (XSD), and XML validation using Schematron.
Proven experience in XSLT development and testing.
Strong background in JavaScript and Node.js development.
Extensive experience in Business Analysis, specifically translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Expert knowledge of the GitHub ecosystem, including backlog management, software lifecycle, release management, and packaging/distribution.
Strong technical writing skills for creating developer documentation and communication materials.
Soft skills: Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, ability to manage technical assets, and professional communication for multi-national stakeholder environments.
Languages: English (fluent).

Job Description:

Define technical specifications for the further implementation of the ESPD Exchange Data Model (EDM).
Design and maintain XML schemas and validation rules (Schematron) to ensure data integrity.
Develop and test XSLT transformations and Node.js-based tools.
Prepare comprehensive technical and business documentation, as well as project communication materials.
Manage technical assets and resources utilised by the project within GitHub.
Oversee the software lifecycle, including release management and packaging for distribution.
Facilitate the exchange between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
Participate in meetings and provide technical insights for the European public procurement space strategic objectives.
