Contract Go Engineers Needed – Outside IR35

Up to £700 per day

Remote (ideally 1 day per week in London)

12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

I am currently hiring for an experienced Contract Go Developers to join a high-performing engineering team delivering a major project for a sports betting brand ahead of the 2026 World Cup. You’ll work alongside a mix of talented perm and contract engineers on a high-throughput, mission-critical backend platform.

What we’re looking for:

Expert-level Go engineering skills
Strong understanding of concurrency & multithreading
Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud deployments (currently using Azure but will be shifting over to AWS)
Postgres and/or NoSql databases (mongodb)
Background in Sports Betting or Financial Technology (highly desirable)
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with senior engineers and architects

The offer:

Outside IR35
£500–£700 per day
12-month contract with strong extension potential
Remote first but they would love to have Engineers that can come into the London office 1 day per week to collaborate with the team.

This role is a 2 stage interview process and we are ideally looking for people that can join in a few weeks.
