Join a dynamic UK adventure business as they bring their web development in-house and revolutionize internal systems. This hands-on role offers the chance to make a real impact, evolving a high-performance customer-facing website and building innovative internal tools, all within a small, trusted tech team.

The Role

Evolve and maintain a modern, high-performance website, focusing on features, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.
Build and integrate internal tools using Node.js or similar to replace legacy Power Apps and streamline workflows.
Own the full development lifecycle from discovery to release and iteration, ensuring practical solutions.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operational stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.

What You'll Need

Proven commercial software development experience in web and/or internal systems.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
Experience with front-end frameworks like Astro, Gatsby, or Next.js for component-based UI and responsive design.
Familiarity with back-end API development (Node.js) and workflow-driven methodologies.
A practical, adaptable mindset with excellent communication and collaborative instincts.
