Outsystems Developer | (Hybrid/Remote)

We’re hiring on behalf of a financial services business that’s scaling its internal engineering capabilities and looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to help drive its success.

This is a permanent role offering flexible working—with only one day per month in the Birmingham office required for remote-based candidates, and one day per week for those located within commuting distance.

The Role

This position is ideal for a hands-on developer with 3+ years of working with OutSystems.

You’ll be:

Working with development teams and setting high standards for quality, design, and best practices
Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver robust technical solutions
Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring consistency across teams
Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and promoting a continuous improvement mindset
Driving the technical roadmap and ensuring scalable, maintainable architecture

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in software development
A passion for guiding teams and shaping high-quality delivery
Commercial exposure to Outsystems
Comfort working with Agile methodologies and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strategic mindset

Salary & Benefits

Up to £45,000 per annum (some flexibility depending on experience)
