Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.

With over 120 election professionals and more than 100 years of collective expertise, we deliver over 4,000 projects annually, helping citizens engage, register, vote and govern democratically.

As a Project Coordinator within our Client Advisory Department, you'll support the planning and delivery of electoral projects across a range of sectors - including membership, corporate, health and community organisations. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Consultants to coordinate logistics, liaise with clients, and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standard.

This is an ideal opportunity if you're starting out or looking to grow in project management or the elections field. You'll be supported from day one and trained to progress from coordinating project tasks to managing your own portfolio of clients.

Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple electoral projects from planning through to execution
Draft project specifications, timelines and documentation in line with client requirements and internal processes
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. production, design, digital) to align schedules, allocate resources, and meet milestones
Perform quality checks, attend client meetings, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with election law and Civica's procedures around quality, data security, and business continuity

Requirements

Be an excellent communicator - confident in both written and verbal communication, and able to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
Have strong organisation and time management skills - capable of managing multiple projects or tasks at different stages
Bring curiosity and a willingness to learn - particularly in relation to election processes, governance and legislation
Be detail-oriented with a proactive approach - ensuring accuracy and anticipating project needs or challenges
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset - a team player who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to process improvements
A strong interest in elections, governance, or public services
