Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive operational excellence? WPS is seeking a Contract Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Hammersmith. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About The Role

As a Contract Supervisor, you’ll support the Project Lead and manage a team of administrators, operatives, and subcontractors. You’ll ensure service delivery across Voids, Disrepair, Day-to-Day Repairs, and Planned Works, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction. You’ll also step up to lead the contract when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and resource optimisation
Ensure timely completion of work orders and KPI targets
Manage and support workforce and subcontractors
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and performance reviews
Lead toolbox talks, team meetings, and client communications
Investigate complaints and support continuous improvement
Maintain health & safety standards and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge & Experience:

Housing maintenance legislation and best practices
Site management and planned works experience
Strong commercial awareness and KPI understanding

Qualifications

Trade-related qualification
SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspections

Skills

Leadership and team motivation
Effective communication and problem-solving
Strong IT and reporting skills
