IT Infrastructure Engineer - FinTech - £70K

Our client is a growing FinTech, creating cutting edge payments and trading analytics software.

In London, hybrid working, they’re looking to hire an Infrastructure / Desktop Engineer to support internal IT and drive the tech landscape forwards.

You’ll be key in the evolution of corporate IT to well-designed, automated and very user-friendly systems – This is an engineering-minded role NOT a Helpdesk position.

You’ll work closely with DevOps, Security and Business Operations teams and have real ownership of the IT stack to drive improvements.

Day to day you’ll own Google Workspace, work to implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM), own endpoint and MDM tooling and even be key in designing a hardware lifecycle for laptops and other devices.

Requirements

Proven experience of Corporate / Enterprise IT support and engineering
Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and access workflows (SAML / OIDC / SSO etc)
Great Google Workspace experience
Solid knowledge of endpoint management, MDM, and device security (JumpCloud etc)
An engineering mindset
Experience rolling out company-wide technology changes
