AgileSource are currently looking for a Data Engineer (1-2 Years Experience) for a new long term contract.
You will work closely with an established engineer based in Cardiff, so proximity to either Cardiff or London is important.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and support Real Time data streaming solutions
Develop and maintain APIs to support system integrations
Build and manage ELT/ETL pipelines
Develop services using Python and Java
Work with AWS-based infrastructure and cloud-native services
Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders across the platform
Essential Skills & Experience
Kafka Streaming Services (ideally Confluent hosted)
Strong development experience with Python and Java
API design and development experience
Solid understanding of ELT/ETL processes
AWS experience (Associate-level certification preferred)

Qlik Replicate
SQL/KSQL
AWS ECS and Fargate
MongoDB
Terraform
GitHub/GitHub Actions
