Position: Financial Business Analyst

Location: Tryon St, Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Note: This role will involve two rounds of interviews: the first round will be conducted virtually, followed by an in-person client interview atTryon St, Charlotte, NC.

Job Description:

The core responsibilities of Financial Analysts are:

Financial Analysis: Review and Analyze moderately complex finance challenges, including income statements, capital, and profitability calculations.
Data Handling: Work with multiple datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
Reporting: Create ad hoc reports, research issues, and contribute to large-scale planning related to finance deliverables.

The Required Skills of Financial Analysts are:

Analytical Background: Strong understanding of financial metrics, profit and loss (P & L) components and PBI Reporting.
Jira: Create and manage features and stories in Jira.

Technical Proficiency:

SQL – data extraction and reconciliation.
Power BI – Dashboard creation and automation
Python- Advanced data analysis.
