Your contribution

We are looking for dynamic, energetic interns who are eager to learn about our company by assisting various corporate functions. Each intern may be placed in one of the following departments: Compliance, Asset Protection, Engineering, Indirect Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Government Relations, Communications, Real Estate, Wholesale, Merchandising and more.

You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be also be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

What you will do

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
Assists in creating performance reports.

What we are looking for

Interns are required to comply with the 5-day in-person attendance policy for the program
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have completed 24 college credits with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or better
Will be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school for fall
Successful completion of a substance abuse test and background check is required
Valid driver's license and flexibility with regard to travel required
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint required)
Strong interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
Ability to exhibit proper business etiquette when dealing with all levels of the organization

Compensation and Benefits:

First year Corporate Interns will be paid at $17.00 per hour. Returning Corporates interns will be paid at $18.00 per hour. Master’s students will be paid at $19.00 per hour. Interns are not eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match & annual company contribution, paid time off and holidays.
