About A100 Arms
A100 Arms is an invite-only, off-market hospitality investment platform built for serious buyers, lenders, and operators, designed as calm “decision surfaces,” not a social marketplace. We organize early-stage deal flow, underwriting inputs, confidentiality gating, and document workflows so high-stakes hotel transactions move with clarity and discretion.
What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with the CTO to help ship features, close backlog, and push the product from beta to stable launch. This is a build-and-ship internship, your work will go to production.
Core responsibilities
Build and ship product features across the web app (front-end + back-end).
Support workflows around deal screening, underwriting inputs, and document flow.
QA features, fix bugs, and improve performance and reliability.
Maintain a consistent institutional UI standard.
Document your work (short internal docs, PR descriptions, release notes).
AI-assisted engineering expectations (important)
You should be comfortable using modern AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claudecode, Codexcli, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
You’ll be expected to:
Use AI to draft components, refactors, tests, and internal docs
Critically review AI output (edge cases, security, data validation, performance)
Explain tradeoffs
Tech stack (current)
Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript
Firebase (auth/data)

Interest in AI trends, LLM workflows, and AI-assisted software development.
Time commitment
Fully flexible schedule, remote.
Prefer 10–20 hrs/week with a few hours overlap in EST.
