Welcome to SoftwareOne Academy, our global program dedicated to developing the next generation of professionals. A mix of work and learning! Are you looking for an Apprenticeship opportunity? We are hiring 2 Customer Success Managers Apprenticeships in Montpelier. In this role, you will be primary point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region, coordinate with the various Team and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner. Also, you will:
Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Coordinates with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide licence knowledge and support during the sales process
Act as key resource for volume license offerings
Acts as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing 
Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers
Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships
Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each
Job Requirements
You can do an Apprenticeship agreement with your school/university and us for 1 year
You speak fluent French and English
You manage Excel
You have ability to:

Maintain a positive attitude

Adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment

Maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
