A well-funded European renewable energy developer is expanding its solar portfolio in France, focusing on ground-mounted and Agri-PV projects.

Role Overview

Lead PV projects from early development to construction-ready stage, ensuring technical, regulatory, and financial viability. Define development strategies for French projects and manage relationships with local authorities, landowners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage PV projects across all development phases
Oversee permitting, land acquisition, and grid connection processes
Coordinate internal teams and external advisors (technical, legal, financial)
Manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones
Monitor regulatory and market developments; represent the company externally

Candidate Profile

5+ years in renewable energy project development (PV focus)
Proven track record in permitting, approvals, and stakeholder management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in French and English; willing to travel
Strategic, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented
