Project Manager – Enterprise PMO (12-Month Contract | Hybrid – Toronto/Cambridge)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our evolving Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and lead high-visibility initiatives that support strategic integration and delivery excellence.

Key Experience Required

IT Security Projects – cybersecurity implementations, security compliance, IAM, tech controls (e.g., NIST, security integration reviews)
Data Transformation – modernizing data processes, backend rebuilds, financial systems/data flows
Broker Integration – P&C broker agreement reviews, reconciliation, and transition support

Responsibilities

End-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
Risk, governance, and stakeholder management
Vendor coordination and executive reporting
Lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making

Qualifications

9+ years of project management experience
6+ years in the insurance or financial industry preferred
PMP preferred
Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery and PM tools (MS Project, Jira, PPM tools)
