Job Specifications

Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
Define, maintain, and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve product issues.
Provide leadership in product design and enhancement decisions, exercising sound judgment on priorities and delivery approaches.
Conduct research, evaluate options, and make recommendations to address product design and enhancement challenges.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align work schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technical product management within Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong hands-on Salesforce build experience (configuration, customization, and platform capabilities).
Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, business, and technology teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and product lifecycle management.
