Job Specifications

Our client is looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will design, develop, and maintain backend components, integrations, and automations across D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform environments. The role involves building scalable solutions, ensuring system performance, and enabling seamless data flows between enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain backend functionality for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
Build and manage integrations between D365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.
Create automations and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Manage solution deployment, environment configuration, and security roles in D365.
Implement event-driven integrations using message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills And Experience

5+ years of experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform Administration.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful API development.
Proficiency with D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Experience with D365 solution management, security roles, and environment setup.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message brokers (e.g., Kafka).
Strong understanding of databases, data flows, and system integrations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
Ability to build visual reports in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
Understanding of Azure services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
