About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who excels at building scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role is both hands-on and strategic, involving end-to-end Salesforce development, architectural decision-making, and direct collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders.
You will play a key role in modernizing and refactoring CRM platforms, supporting multiple Salesforce instances, and driving automation and efficiency across a growing Media Sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow toward a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead career path.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex Salesforce development initiatives from design through deployment using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Business Systems on platform strategy and technical decisions.
Act as a product owner–like partner to business users, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and contribute to B2B Marketing Cloud integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
Configure, customize, and manage Salesforce applications and AppExchange packages.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Git.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and integration specifications.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term architectural planning.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
5+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration
Expert knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce architecture
Strong experience with API-based integrations and DevOps best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Preferred
Integration Architecture Designer Certification
Application Architect Certification
