Jr. AI Engineer - Plano, TX - Onsite

Role: AI Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (onsite)

Duration: 12+ months contract

Note: Candidate should be ready to attend F2F interview.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience working as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML-driven applications, with exposure to real-world use cases.
Solid understanding and implementation experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including document ingestion, embedding strategies, vector databases, and prompt optimization.
Working experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph for building LLM-powered workflows, agents, and orchestration pipelines.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and model integration using APIs or open-source models.
Experience with Python and common AI/ML libraries; ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Understanding of data preprocessing, evaluation techniques, and performance optimization for AI systems.

Good to Have:

Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.).
Exposure to cloud platforms or deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Ability to collaborate with product and backend teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
