Communications Consultant – Global Supply Chain (2–3 Month Consulting Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Communications Consultant to support internal and employee communications for our Global Supply Chain and Product Development teams. This role is ideal for an early-career communications professional who enjoys storytelling, collaboration, and execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to help deliver clear, engaging communications that inform, align, and inspire employees across regions. This role also provides exposure to executive communications and large-scale internal events, offering strong growth and learning opportunities.

This position reports to the Director, Internal and Executive Communications.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of internal communications for Global Supply Chain and Product Development teams.
Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, emails, presentations, and internal updates aligned with key milestones and initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, corporate communications, and enterprise teams to gather information and ensure message accuracy.
Help coordinate and support town halls, leadership updates, and internal events, including supplier-facing communications.
Draft and edit content for internal channels, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand voice.
Support executive communications by preparing talking points, presentation materials, and message outlines.
Track basic communications metrics and help report on engagement and effectiveness.
Maintain organization of communication calendars, content libraries, and distribution lists.

Who You Are

2–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams and time zones.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about global supply chain and product development operations.
Confident supporting senior leaders while still learning and growing in your role.
