Job Specifications

I'm looking for an efficient, forth-coming Office Administrator who is insanely organised, resilient and proactive, for my diverse and inclusive client, that sits in the energy sector! The business currently has 35 people. This client is specifically looking for someone with experience / currently in a role from a similar sized business, who has a start-up mentality!

This role will include a variety of duties including:

-      Managing the small office and facilities in a cool spot just by London Bridge

-      Employee on-boarding / engagement

-      HR, IT & Finance admin support

-      Helping maintain the fun collaborative culture & wellbeing of the team

A few important attributes this role requires:

-      Extremely organised, efficient, diligent with great attention to detail

-      Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

-      A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude

-      A great communicator - both verbal and written

-      Strong empathy and the capacity to react calmly and efficiently

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days per week Tuesday – Thursday. The business has core hours 10am-4pm and are super flexible when personal needs arise – life is tricky, they get it!

Salary: £35-40K plus some great benefits!

Timings: This role is a priority to the business so interviews will ideally be held sooner than later!
