Afritrip Morocco is a Moroccan-based travel company and destination management company (DMC) that specializes in offering private and customized trips across Morocco.

Role Description

This is a full-time paid internship for the role of Operations and Sales Intern at Afritrip Morocco. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day sales and operations tasks, including supporting customer inquiries, managing operations for trips, coordinating travel itineraries, itinerary design and contributing to project management activities. The intern will also analyze business processes and participate in the creation of efficient operational strategies. This hybrid role is based in Rabat, with opportunities for remote work as necessary.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and improve operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration
Sales aptitude and a customer-oriented mindset to support business development
Experience or interest in operations management and project management
Proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with travel planning or the tourism industry is a plus
Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment
