About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst responsible for all stages of the business intelligence cycle. As a member of our BI Department team, BI Analyst will mine, standardize and synchronize company data from multiple sources, utilize analytic tools including data modeling, and communicate findings back to the broader organization. Individual will collaborate with business and IT departments to understand all available system data, its uses, and our business requirements. BI Analyst will then translate these into data requirements to develop reporting and dashboards to be deployed to the broader organization. Analyst will directly interface with systems to extract and manage data flow. A successful candidate must have a passion for data, highly analytical mind, and the written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain and visualize data findings.

Essential Functions

Work with management and key stakeholders to define goals and business data needs
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and develop data processes
Lead regular reviews of our business trends, metrics, company performance and identified risks with key stakeholders
Centralize data collection from internal and external sources across all business functions including ERP systems, CRM (Sales Force), and syndicated data sources (MSAi). Data cleansing and standardization of data processing.
Perform detailed analysis of all company collected data to identify key trends and performance indicators
Maintain current knowledge of industry and understanding of how it impacts company business decisions
Stay up to date on latest processes and technical/IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Identify and develop necessary reporting and dashboard delivery of findings to broader organization
Document processes and perform user acceptance testing
Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of all projects and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years experience in an analyst position using complex data environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with BI/data visualization tools like Power BI.
Experience working with VBA and SQL
Advanced Excel and MS Suite skill set
Ability to travel as needed up to 20% of the time with flexible schedule.
Knowledgeable and/or open to training to act in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience within the CPG industry
Experience with Microsoft Fabric Stack; Power BI, OneLake, Data Factory etc.
Experience with Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM systems.
Experience with ML/AI modeling and application.
Experience with 3rd Party CPG related data sources such as MSA and NIQ
Advanced understanding of SQL and Python
