Job Description

HII’s Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations.

The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.

Information Technology Project Management 1: $96,927 - $138,467

InformationTechnology Project Management 2: $123,822 - $176,888

Information Technology Project Management 3: $147,640 - $220,000

Essential Job Responsibilities

Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Adheres to all IT governance policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Information Technology Project Management 1: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Information Technology Project Management 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Information Technology Project Management 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Relevant industry certifications (as applicable).Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting
Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.

Physical Requirements

May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
