We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves building plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio solutions, while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CE components (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate)
Build Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Pages) and automate business processes
Design and deploy Copilot Studio chatbots and AI-driven solutions using AI Builder
Integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
Perform code reviews, testing, deployments, and support CI/CD using Azure DevOps
Ensure security, governance, performance standards, and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder
Knowledge of ALM, solution packaging, and version control

Preferred Certifications

PL-400, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
PL-600 or MB-600 (architecture-focused roles)

Nice to Have

PCF controls, Power Pages, Azure AI Services, advanced AI integrations
Agile/ITIL experience
