The ideal candidate brings strong experience with enterprise financial systems, SaaS architectures, and system integrations, and can operate independently while providing technical leadership across analysis, testing, integration, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced support and enhancements for enterprise financial systems, including general ledger and financial reporting.
Lead requirements analysis and technical design, translating complex business needs into configuration-based SaaS solutions.
Analyze end-to-end system architecture and financial data flows to support integrations, performance optimization, and scalability.

Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound financial interfaces, ensuring reconciliation, auditability, and compliance.
Develop and support dashboards and reports using Power BI and ERP-native reporting tools.
Perform complex troubleshooting of financial transactions and data discrepancies across systems.
Support integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, data mappings, and test artifacts.
Ensure system security, access controls, and data handling comply with financial and regulatory standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, defect triage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical financial processing cycles.

Required Qualifications

8+ years supporting enterprise financial systems (ERP or equivalent) in a production environment.
7+ years working in SaaS-based application environments with a strong understanding of configuration vs. customization.
6+ years of experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
6+ years producing detailed technical documentation and system specifications.
5+ years supporting full lifecycle SaaS ERP implementations (requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment).
5+ years supporting system integrations (APIs, ETL, batch jobs, secure file transfers).
4+ years working with reporting tools.
4+ years experience with middleware or API orchestration tools.
4+ years experience developing and monitoring scheduled batch jobs.
4+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting SaaS financial modules, security roles, and administration tools.
Experience supporting government financial or treasury systems.
Experience with core financial functions (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Asset Management).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience designing or supporting Power BI dashboards.
Experience with SaaS testing tools for regression and UAT tracking.
Familiarity with legacy financial systems.
