Job Specifications

Position: Frontend Engineer – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30- $60/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

Develop and curate high quality frontend code samples and real world scenarios for AI training.
Review, evaluate, and annotate AI generated frontend code for correctness, readability, and best practices.
Analyze AI performance across frontend tasks and identify clear areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to refine training datasets.
Maintain and update frontend coding standards and best practice libraries used in AI workflows.
Communicate technical feedback clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Promote strong documentation and communication standards across all training activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Strong professional experience in frontend engineering roles.
Strong expertise in modern JavaScript including ES6 and beyond.
Hands on experience with React, Vue, and Angular frameworks.
Proven ability to design and build complex, production grade frontend applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining technical documentation.
Ability to explain complex frontend concepts clearly and concisely.
