Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

Manage the project using formal project management practices to meet policy compliance dates.
Lead meetings, track actions, and drive outcomes across workstreams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, including milestones and dependencies.
Monitor progress, provide oversight, and escalate roadblocks to leadership when necessary.
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver remediation outcomes.
Create and present slides and dashboards to communicate status and recommendations to leaders.
Coordinate third-party remediation efforts to align with Third Party Risk Management and Spend policies.
Support problem solving and recommend solutions to address risks and gaps.
Execute project closeout ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is complete.

Experience Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing projects using formal project management methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
Proven attention to detail in planning, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to develop detailed plans and schedules and manage progress across teams.
Experience escalating risks and impediments to leadership with clear recommendations.
Effective communication skills with leaders and stakeholders, including presentation development.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Ability to problem solve and recommend practical solutions.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
