About the Opportunity
Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple subsidiaries and legal entities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or US GAAP).
Review and validate intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and minority interest adjustments.
Maintain the consolidation system (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Workiva, SAP BPC) and ensure process efficiency and data integrity.
Prepare supporting schedules and variance analyses for management and external reporting.
Coordinate the preparation of consolidated balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
Support external audit requirements by preparing and reviewing working papers and audit support packages.
Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and corporate policies across all entities.
Maintain documentation of reporting processes and key controls for SOX or equivalent compliance.
Leadership & Development:
Supervise and mentor reporting analysts and accountants, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
Lead projects to streamline reporting cycles and improve reporting accuracy and transparency.
About You
Accounting designation
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
Experience with consolidations of multiple legal entities
Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
Advanced MS Excel skills
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
