About the Opportunity
Assist with preparing month end financial statements under IFRS
Full cycle accounting duties - journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, etc.
Prepare, reconcile, and maintain asset and liability accounts, ensuring accuracy, IFRS compliance, and timely audit support.
Conduct monthly variance analysis for operations and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain lease accounting schedules, including ROU assets and lease liabilities, ensuring proper classification and compliance.
Contribute to internal controls by documenting processes, identifying gaps, and supporting system and workflow improvements.
About You
CPA designation (or working toward completion) with strong knowledge of IFRS and financial accounting principles.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or operationally complex environment.
Proficiency in reconciliations, accounts payable processes, and lease accounting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
