Iris’s leading financial client is looking for Business System Analyst with Payments experience to join their team at Toronto, ON(Hybrid).

Job Title: BSA with Payments

Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Payments within a banking or financial services environment
Strong knowledge of RTR, ACH, and ISO 20022 concepts and payment flows
Familiarity with ISO 20022 message types (e.g., pacs, pain, camt) and data structures
Understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycle, including clearing, settlement, exceptions, and reconciliation
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
