A profitable, steadily growing AI startup in Vancouver is seeking Deep Learning Researchers to build and deploy state-of-the-art models for real-world, on-device AI systems. We tackle unsolved problems under real constraints. We value originality, speed, and rigor.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals and modern architectures
Strong Python skills
Hands-on experience with PyTorch
Experience training, evaluating, and improving neural network models

Nice to Have

Experience with C and performance optimization
Experience with CUDA and GPU programming
Experience with on-device or embedded inference
Background in speech recognition, speech synthesis, or speaker recognition
Publications in NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, INTERSPEECH, ICASSP, or CVPR
