Python Full-Stack Engineer (AI & Autonomous Agents)

Level: Senior / Lead

Role Overview

This role focuses on building AI-driven capabilities that enhance customer insight, automate tasks, and augment agent productivity. Engineers will work on OpenAI-powered solutions, autonomous agents, and co-pilot experiences integrated into the Contact Center and broader customer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Python-based full-stack applications leveraging OpenAI models
Develop AI Co-Pilot experiences for agents and operations teams
Build autonomous agents for task execution, decision support, and workflow automation
Implement task automation across customer insight and contact center workflows
Work within MCP / MKS environments adhering to enterprise security and governance standards
Collaborate closely with Salesforce and Contact Center teams to enable customer-centric AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Python full-stack development experience
Hands-on experience with OpenAI / GenAI implementations
Experience building Co-Pilots, Autonomous Agents, and AI-driven task automation
Familiarity with MCP and MKS environments
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise deployment patterns
Experience working in agile POD-based delivery models
