About The Role

As a Trainee, you will work alongside experienced traders, quantitative analysts, and sales professionals to create and promote innovative trading ideas and hedging solutions across multiple asset classes. You’ll develop analytical tools, build financial models, and analyse market data to help shape unique investment strategies for leading institutional clients.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain cutting-edge analytical tools and financial models.
Analyse macroeconomic and market data to generate actionable trade ideas.
Collaborate across teams to integrate insights and deliver client-focused solutions.
Support client interactions by providing timely research and responses.
Communicate complex ideas clearly through reports and presentations.
Contribute to team meetings and help capture valuable feedback.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk policies.
