Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, the Senior Manager, FP&A will be a highly visible and influential member of the Finance team. This individual will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders and the broader business, leveraging financial data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive decision-making. The role requires a hands-on approach to building and maintaining robust financial models, as well as leading the ongoing evolution of our financial planning processes. In addition, the Senior Manager, FP&A will bring a strong passion for business partnering and people management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for scale and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
•Lead and manage a small team, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and professional development.
•Execute the annual operating planning process, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus prior periods, plan, and/or forecasts.
•Prepare management reporting for the Director, FP&A and Executive team — analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators, assess business risk, and timely communicate risks and opportunities.
•Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and teams, delivering data-driven recommendations and insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making.
•Foster partnerships with user acquisition, sales, marketing, product, and tech to improve unit economics, optimize spend and drive growth for the business.
•Collaborate with Accounting to improve the overall efficiency of the finance organization and enhance visibility and depth of understanding of key financial metrics.
What you’ll bring to Mistplay
•7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including prior experience managing a team.
•A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
•Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing operational and financial data to deliver strategic insights.
•Strong leader with demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.
•Demonstrated ability in building relationships across the organization and driving cross-functional results.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with and influence stakeholders.
•A self-starter who enjoys building and tackling new challenges on an ongoing basis.
Gestionnaire principal; PF&A

Cette personne agira comme partenaire stratégique auprès des cadres supérieurs et de l'ensemble de l'entreprise, tirant parti des données financières pour fournir des informations et des recommandations exploitables qui guideront la prise de décision. Le rôle exige une approche pratique pour élaborer et maintenir des modèles financiers robustes, ainsi que diriger l'évolution continue de nos processus de planification financière. De plus, le gestionnaire principal ou la gestionnaire principale, PF&A, apportera une forte passion pour le partenariat commercial et la gestion du personnel, favorisant une culture d'amélioration continue en identifiant et en mettant en œuvre des opportunités d'échelle et d'efficacité.
