Axiologik is looking for an experienced contract Product Lead to join them on a really exciting greenfield project in the healthcare industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value and have a huge impact in the healthcare space.

You will be leading on projects and delivering digital products through a roadmap, end to end, working alongside our Technical Lead and other team members.

Contract Details:

£850 Inside IR35

6 months

Hybrid - flexible travel requirements onsite to either Leeds or London offices when needed

Skillset:

Demonstrable experience of leading end-to-end product management activities for digital products and services, from product strategy through to overseeing roadmap delivery.
Strong track record in defining product delivery strategies and sequencing roadmaps to maximise business outcome delivery, whilst also building out strategic product capabilities and managing product health.
Expertise in managing backlog and requirement prioritisation funnels in fast-paced & uncertain requirements, working with business stakeholders and delivery teams to re-orient delivery plans to respond to emerging priorities.
Strong knowledge of user-centred design practices and demonstrable experience of co-ordinating design teams in design-led, agile environments.
Experience of operating within an Architecture and DevOps culture, with an understanding of the importance of driving continuous improvement across business performance, ways of working, product pipelines and team capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of agile and lean digital delivery practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills – a natural leader that teams look to for guidance.
Comfort in working in high paced, changing environments
Experienced in working in multidisciplinary squads across technical and non technical functions.
