Location: Hybrid (Paris) or Remote (with occasional travel to Paris office);

Who we are:

Perifit is the worldwide leader in connected pelvic floor rehabilitation (Femtech). We have helped over 800,000 women and operate the top-rated app in our category. We require an experienced Interim E-commerce Manager to manage website operations during a maternity leave. You will oversee an international website rollout, manage a specialized team, and own the consolidated success of our e-commerce channels during Q4 and Black Friday.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Website Rollout & Localization (June – August)

Theme Deployment: Inherit a newly redesigned website validated on a single primary market.
Market Adaptation: Execute the rollout of this theme across 7 additional international stores. Manage the localization of content, currency routing, and regional app integrations.
Deadline Enforcement: Complete the migration, QA, and launch phases across all markets prior to September to ensure platform stability before Q4 preparation begins.

2. Strategy & Commercial Roadmap

Global Shopify Ownership: Accountable for consolidated revenue and conversion targets across 8 Shopify stores.
Q4 Planning: Define the Black Friday offer strategy and promotional calendar during the summer months in collaboration with the Marketing team.

3. Black Friday Orchestration (September – December)

Campaign Execution: Supervise the Operations Manager to ensure all assets, discount codes, and landing pages are staged and tested across all 8 stores and all languages prior to the peak period.
Peak Monitoring: Monitor daily performance metrics in Novenver (Black Friday). Lead reactive commercial decisions if revenue or conversion deviates from forecasted targets.
Site Stability: Enforce a code freeze and pause all A/B testing by early November to guarantee stability during peak period.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Management: Lead a team of 3 (Operations Manager, CRO Lead, QA Specialist). Validate their initiatives, remove operational blockers, and manage resource allocation.
CRO Oversight: Direct the CRO Lead to execute A/B testing and Lead Gen strategy, followed by a pivot to data-crunching during Black Friday.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary E-commerce liaison for Acquisition, Logistics, and Customer Success teams.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Data Diagnostics: Monitor analytics. Diagnose funnel friction points, traffic variances, and conversion drops.
Post-Mortem: Lead the post-Black Friday performance analysis, manage the transition back to standard operations, and support in preparation of the New Year campaign strategy before the contract concludes.

Note: SEA, SEO, and Amazon management are excluded from this scope.

The Ideal Profile

Experience: 5+ years in E-commerce Management for D2C brands. History of leading D2C brands through Q4/Black Friday volume spikes.
Platform Expertise: Advanced technical familiarity with Shopify. Prior experience managing multi-region store architectures and executing theme migrations or localized website rollouts.
Managerial Background: Proven capacity to manage specialized technical profiles (QA, CRO) and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to isolate specific funnel metrics and channel mix data to identify the root causes of performance anomalies.
Language: Fluent English is required to manage the international team and operations.
