Job Description
U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust is looking to add a highly talented and passionate summer intern to its rapidly growing Structured Finance (SF) team. This position requires someone who is adaptable and curious. The individual who fills this role will be responsible for collaborating with business partners and leaders at varying levels throughout the organization and externally. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help grow their early career within SF Investor Reporting and Analytics team.
Responsibilities Will Include
Learn & gain knowledge of structured finance products i.e. (ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLN’s and others)
Support with investor reports and cash management activities for portfolios
Performing calculations on waterfall payments and debt interests while monitoring trigger events, credit enhancements, asset movements and deal structural amendments.
Responsible for client service i.e., fielding client queries, troubleshooting and relationship management. This entails liaising with clients over phone, email and face to face meetings.
Understand legal transaction documentation along with the firms internal controls as to direct portfolio activities that include reconciliation, cash alignment and risk mitigation

Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree e.g Finance, Maths, Economics, Business with a target completion date of May 2027/2028
Solid understanding of financial and investment services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to start summer internship program on 1 June 2026
Preferred Qualifications
Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
Location: London Old Broad Street
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
