CNC Machinist - 12 month contract

Salary: £30.76ph + overtime

Location: Coventry (3 shift)

My client is at the forefront of the global aerospace industry and this role lends perfectly for a machinist to have exposure to the wider business, potentially leading to further opportunities

As a CNC Machinist you will be doing:

Multi-skilled Engineer with the ability to use a range of machine tools
Must be able to critique your own work undertaking both visually and dimensionally inspecting components.
Maintaining excellent quality standards
Assessment of whether the quality of components produced within the facility meets the required standards

Experience and skillset - CNC Machinist

MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in 3 & 5-axis machines, turning and milling
Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection.
