Join a high-growth, AI-first digital health startup on a mission to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications, helping hundreds of thousands of new patients get the treatments they need faster. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own major product surfaces end-to-end, working closely with AI and Product to bring frontier LLM capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and scale Python-based backend systems and APIs that power AI-driven automation in healthcare.
Integrate and orchestrate LLM services in production, optimizing for performance, reliability, and user experience.
Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine workflows, gather user feedback, andtranslate insights into product improvements.

How You’ll Grow

Lead development of new AI-powered features that simplify and accelerate clinical and operational workflows.
Scale the full-stack architecture to support 100× transaction growth and real-time analytics.
Shape the data and API layer used for internal analytics and external integrations.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience building and shipping production full-stack software.
Strong proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and React.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and scalable backend services.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, AI, and product.
Ability to work on-site in Menlo Park at least three days per week.
