Brand Marketing Assistant Job Description

Sigma is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team. Previous experience

in a marketing role or a marketing degree is not necessary. The successful candidate will have a

passion to pursue a career in marketing, and has a particular interest in the property market. It is

vital that this person is extremely organised and has attention to detail. A full driving license and

access to a car is preferred for this role.

The role is perfect for someone looking for their first step into marketing. Whilst there will be a lot

of admin and keeping information up to date to support the rest of the marketing team, the role will

be varied, offering you the opportunity to get involved in a broad span of marketing initiatives and

channels, particularly as the individual develops within the company.

This person will act as a support for the brand marketing team. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting Brand Marketing Team with:

o Heavily involved in (and hopefully in time, lead on) social media channels (SL

and SLL: Facebook, Instagram, TT) from content planning and scheduling posts

in line with our social strategy, support on asset creation and in time support on

reporting

o Assisting on resident competitions

o Manage social inboxes and in time become a support in review platforms

o Ad-hoc BYM email comms

o Ordering and issuing refer a friend and survey vouchers

o Simple Life/Simple Life London website blog updates and other website content

updates

o Support on event organisation and execution

o Keeping stock up to date and managing orders for of home move bags, welcome

brochures, inventory for accounts etc

o General app and web updates and checks

o Simple Life Management survey results

o Where required assisting on app content updates and some development

projects

o Provide ad hoc support on branded content projects, including paid media assets,

brand podcast production, printed materials, and customer testimonials
