You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description

Support the creation, analysis plus management of Product Quality Reviews following GMP principles
Collect, structure plus process product plus process data to build clear PQR documentation
Write, review plus finalise PQR documents aligned with EudraLex Volume 4 expectations plus internal ways of working
Extract key insights from deviations plus trend data across different systems
Summarise findings clearly for Quality Assurance plus production stakeholders
Identify risks plus propose practical process improvements plus follow actions
Improve templates, tools plus reporting workflows on a continuous basis
Use AI tools to help automate repetitive tasks with a human in the loop approach

Requirements

Young, eager to learn profile, school leavers are welcome
Strong Excel skills, able to structure data plus create clear reports
Good computer skills plus confidence with digital tools
Interest in AI tools plus automation to optimise processes, practical experience is a plus
Able to think process wise, spot what matters plus summarise clearly
Motivated plus capable, able to work accurately plus independently
Dutch speaking, comfortable working with English documentation
GMP knowledge is a plus, not a must
