Location: Newcastle City Centre (5 days onsite)

Salary: £35,000 + 10% Bonus

We are partnering with a hyper-growth Financial Services Consultancy based in the Northeast that is expanding its high-performance engineering team.

The business works on complex, high-impact projects within financial services and offers graduates the opportunity to develop in a fast-paced, technically strong environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will join a collaborative and ambitious engineering team, working on modern, scalable systems. This role offers hands-on development experience from day one, alongside mentorship from experienced engineers.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with modern software development languages

Ideally C#/.Net Or other object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, or C++

Strong Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP principles)
Minimum 1st class degree from a Russell Group or globally Top 300 ranked university
3 A’s (or equivalent) at A-Level
