We're looking for an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead a range of consulting and strategic projects that are critical to ongoing organisational success.
In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery-from business case development to planning, execution, risk management, and transition into BAU. You'll work closely with stakeholders across regions, ensuring excellent service and adherence to company policies.
This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability, strong stakeholder engagement, and the flexibility to collaborate across time zones when needed.Key Responsibilities

Lead projects through the full lifecycle: definition, planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and transition to BAU
Manage project resources and budgets, validating business cases and measurable benefits
Conduct risk assessments to evaluate organisational readiness across people, processes, and technology
Ensure stakeholder engagement is central to delivery
Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and contracts in line with company policies
Act as a role model within the PMO, contributing to continuous learning and best-practice development
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, ideally across regions
Professional project management certification (eg, PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent
Experience in systems implementation, especially testing and rollout; finance system experience is beneficial
Strong understanding of change management and risk management
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a Matrix organisation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and established project management tools
