Job description:
Lead ETL/Data Integration Specialist with proven experience delivering large-scale data transformation and integration programs in public and government sector environments, translating complex business requirements into high-quality, scalable ETL architectures using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Informatica, and enterprise integration platforms.
Expert in Azure data engineering and cloud integration, including ADF ETL pipelines, self-hosted integration runtime, complex transformations, large-volume performance tuning, Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics, Logic Apps, Function Apps, and enterprise BI platforms (IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI), supporting mission-critical government data platforms.
Strong DevOps and CI/CD practitioner with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and GitHub ecosystems, including source control, branching strategies, build/release pipelines, Azure Resource Manager, automated testing, and parallel development workflows for regulated public sector environments.
Advanced database and PL/SQL developer with deep expertise in SQL Server Stored Procedures, Oracle PL/SQL, relational/hierarchical databases, enterprise data governance, operational resilience, and performance optimization across high-volume government and enterprise data systems.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
