Interim Head of Finance

6 month assignment | Hybrid working

£400 - 500 per day DOE

We are delighted to be working with a PE-backed industrials group to support their search for an experienced Interim Finance Consultant. You will lead the finance function for numerous new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Lead both month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Deliver clear financial analysis, including variance reporting against budget and forecast, with meaningful commentary for senior leadership and budget owners.
Prepare high‑quality financial presentations and reports for the board and other key stakeholders.
Oversee working capital performance, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax rules, and regulatory requirements.
Integration of new businesses to the wider group

Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
Experience working within a private equity
Desire to work in an acquisitive business
Immediately Available
