FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

An opportunity for a technically strong accountant to join a growing business with an international footprint.

This 6 month contract will support the Reporting Team for this complex, multi-entity, multi-currency structure. Duties will include:

Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and support external audits across various jurisdictions.
Collaborate with global finance colleague and external stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
Provide accurate reconciliations, analysis, and reporting to support financial decision-making and compliance
Contribute to daily treasury operations, including cash management, fund transfers, and currency transactions across multiple entities.

The Ideal Candidate

Fully qualified with a sound technical accounting base and a methodical approach (ideal background would be practice/accounts prep)
Practical experience in statutory reporting and financial statement preparation, up to date knowledge of reporting standards
Well organised and systematic with a keen eye for detail.
Given the hybrid working arrangements you must be a self-starter/able to work autonomously but with a communicative and collaborative approach.
