We design and build platforms, automation systems, marketplaces, and digital products - often stepping in where projects are stalled, misbuilt, or ready to scale.

Why This Role Exists

We are expanding our client network and looking for high-performing closers who can identify organisations that need digital transformation and convert conversations into signed projects.

This is not a traditional employment role.

It is a revenue partnership.

You bring opportunities.

We design, build, and deliver the software.

Your Mission

You will:

Identify businesses that need software, automation, or digital platforms
Open conversations with founders and decision-makers
Qualify opportunities and introduce them to ElCode consultations
Support closing discussions alongside the founder when needed
Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring projects

No delivery work.

No project management.

Your focus is deal flow and closing.

Ideal Profile

You might be:

A business developer or sales closer
A consultant with strong networks
A freelancer working with SMEs who lack technical partners
A startup operator comfortable speaking with founders
Someone already doing outreach but wanting higher upside

You are comfortable initiating conversations and moving deals forward independently.

Compensation

Commission: 20% of every successful project you originate

Example:

£5,000 project → £1,000 commission
£20,000 project → £4,000 commission

No cap

Paid per closed deal

Repeat commissions from returning clients you introduced

This role rewards performance, not hours.
