Data Analyst | FMCG Challenger Brand | London / Hybrid

The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the Finance Manager, this role will play a key part in the company’s data, reporting, and BI capability.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with a strong focus on building and maintaining dashboards, reporting outputs, and analytical insights. You will support senior stakeholders with clear, reliable, and actionable data, helping to improve visibility and decision-making across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
The role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to develop with a fast-growing FMCG brand.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting outputs
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for finance and wider stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Support and improve data flows and integrations between finance and operational tools
Partner with the Finance Director and Finance Manager to support commercial and financial decision-making
Assist with automation and reporting efficiency improvements where appropriate
Act as a key point of contact for data and reporting queries across the business
Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s data and reporting capability
What We Are Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard creation
Good understanding of data structures and reporting best practice
Experience working closely with finance teams and non-technical stakeholders
A practical, detail-oriented approach with a mindset for continuous improvement
Comfortable operating as a standalone data analyst within a growing business
Experience in a product-based, FMCG, retail, or consumer brand environment is highly desirable
Desirable Experience
SQL experience or exposure to wider analytics tools
Experience working with ERP, finance, CRM, or operational systems
Exposure to reporting automation or emerging analytics tools
Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Central London (3 days per week in the office)
