About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist with a focus on AI digital health to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent postgraduate graduates in mathematics, physics, or related fields to apply their analytical skills to healthcare challenges. As a Data Scientist at electronRx, you will work closely with experienced professionals to analyze complex healthcare datasets, develop machine learning models, and contribute to the development of innovative digital health solutions. Qualifications
A strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field (MSc, PhD)
Proficiency in Python programming with a willingness to develop further
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Firebase
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
Curiosity about data science, machine learning, and signal processing
Openness to learning new domain knowledge and technologies
Enthusiasm for digital health and healthcare innovation
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards learning
Responsibilities
Preparing, exploring, and analyzing large and diverse healthcare datasets
Performing clinical data collection and management
Designing techniques for data capture and analysis, including building prototypes and proofs of concept
Contributing to research, development, and testing of algorithms and models
Supporting the development of statistical and machine learning methods tailored to healthcare applications
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to solve complex problems
Documenting software and analytical methods in accordance with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Communicating findings and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Developing and maintaining internal tools, dashboards, and reports
Managing multiple projects with varying requirements, deadlines, and budgets
