Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate

Location: Flemish Region, Belgium

Requirement: Previous clinical research and medical device monitoring experience

Work Model: High travel (up to 80%)

Contract Period: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities

Manage clinical study activities for multiple sites across various projects.
Conduct site visits, monitoring, and ensure all deliverables are met.
Verify the safety and well-being of study subjects.
Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Support patient recruitment and retention activities.
Maintain Investigator Site Files according to regulations and company procedures.
Collaborate with Investigators, IRBs/ECs, and vendors as needed.

What You Need

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Life Science, Nursing, or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s, or 2 years with a Master’s/PhD/MD.
Previous clinical research and medical device monitoring experience is required.
Strong understanding of regulations and standards for medical devices/combination products.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Industry certifications (e.g., CCRA, RAC, CDE) are preferred.
